iReach.ng approached my team and me with a clear vision: to establish a premier, trusted digital storefront for electronics in the Nigerian market. The goal was to build the iReach Store—a high-capacity e-commerce platform offering a comprehensive range of products including Electronics, Phones, Computers, tablets, laptops, iPad, smartwatches, camera, and accessories. The core requirement was to deliver a superior, user-friendly shopping experience that seamlessly integrated with the company’s existing physical presence in Ikeja, Lagos.
Challenge & Solution
The primary challenge we identified was twofold: establishing digital trust and perfecting the local logistics and accessibility integration. Nigerian e-commerce often suffers from skepticism regarding product authenticity and shipping reliability, alongside a need for flexible payment options. My solution was to engineer a robust, transparent digital infrastructure. This involved implementing a highly secure platform for safe payment processing, and we architected custom features to enhance accessibility and loyalty. This included developing the “Buy Now & Pay Small Small” payment option, launching a referral program where customers can earn rewards, and focusing on geo-specific shipping logic to guarantee their signature same-day delivery for all Lagos orders. This system design transformed the platform from a simple storefront into a reliable service-delivery engine.

The resulting iReach.ng platform is a successful, high-performance e-commerce solution that delivers exceptional results. By directly solving the core pain points of security, delivery speed, and payment flexibility, we enabled the iReach Store to significantly increase customer conversion and loyalty through its “Buy Now & Pay Small Small” offering and rewarding referral system.
