To meet this stringent requirement, I engineered a specialized Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS)-like system with distinct, high-performance APIs for each channel. Key technical deliveries included: (1) Building the infrastructure to deliver a guaranteed 99.99% uptime for mission-critical messages; (2) Developing a comprehensive Email Automation Process featuring scheduling, AI-powered timing, and detailed analytics dashboards for performance analysis; and (3) Creating a flexible integration layer that connects with major tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Shopify.
